Our free legal advice and information service does not in the normal course include us acting as a representative or advocate directly for clients. Our service model is to provide initial legal advice and assistance to enable clients to represent themselves. We do not send letters on a client’s behalf, nor do we draft contracts or Wills or the like for clients.
If we are unable to provide initial advice due to the nature of the legal issue or other reasons, we will refer clients to services which may be able to assist them further, including representing or advocating for them.
The Centre is provided by Flinders University and is staffed by experienced supervising solicitors working closely with student interns.
